Your Eligibility Requirements and Cost
Illinois seniors age 60 and older can receive free, state-funded home care to help them remain independent at home. In order to qualify for this free care, you must meet specific state age, financial, and physical requirements.
For seniors 60 and older, Illinois requires these services to be provided through a licensed home care agency like ours, rather than through the state directly.

Must reside in the state of Illinois
Citizenship Status
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
Net Worth
Non-exempt assets must be worth $17,500 or less. Primary home and primary car do not count towards this limit.
